At Resident Vinyl, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sound; if your gear or records arrive damaged or defective, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all hardware is returned in its original packaging with all included accessories to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and select the 'Order History' tab to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your specific item.
Pack With Care
Securely package the electronics or vinyl in their original protective sleeves and boxes to prevent any further damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old barcodes.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, we will process your refund or ship out a replacement within 5-7 business days.
