How do you package vinyl records to ensure they arrive safely?
We use heavy-duty, reinforced cardboard mailers specifically designed for vinyl. Each record is padded with bubble wrap or stiffeners to prevent corner dings and seam splits during transit.
What is the difference between 'New' and 'Certified Pre-Owned' records?
New records are factory-sealed. Certified Pre-Owned items are professionally cleaned using our ultrasonic system and play-tested to ensure they meet our 'Very Good+' or higher grading standards.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
What is your return policy for defective or warped records?
If your record arrives with a manufacturing defect or significant warp that affects playback, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or a replacement copy.
Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Absolutely. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery progress.
